Wir haben zudem darüber geredet, wie uns Achtsamkeit in einen Zustand der Empfänglichkeit für kreative Impulse versetzen kann. Ich glaube wir sollten alle unsere persönlichen Vorbilder haben – eine bewundernswerte Persönlichkeit, die wir in unseren Verstand einbeziehen. Die unsere Handlungen beeinflusst, selbst wenn sie nicht physisch anwesend ist. Es muss auch nicht zwingend eine reale Person sein, sondern nur jemand, der unser Verhalten beobachten kann.
